CONFIDENTIALITY
From time-to-time, participants share intimate information regarding their illnesses and/or personal healing journey. By purchasing a ticket and attending any Yah’ki Awakened, LLC event, participant agrees to refrain from sharing confidential information outside of the learning environment. Participant is specifically prohibited from using the stories that identify or imply identification of sharing participants to promote or enhance personal platforms or in any way to provide benefit to the non-sharing participant.
MEDIA AUTHORIZATION
Participation in any events hosted by Yah’ki Awakened, LLC constitutes participant authorization to Yah’ki Awakened, LLC and its partners, agents, representatives, assigns, successors in interest and licensees, to photograph, audiotape, and/or videotape participant and grants the Organization and its partners the irrevocable right to use any photograph, audio recording, video recording, or any reproduction or modification thereof (the “Photograph,” “Audio,” and/or “Video”), in any manner or medium throughout the world an unlimited number of times in perpetuity in advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose. Participant understands that he/she will not receive any monetary compensation for the permissions granted herein. Participant hereby waives any right of inspection of approval of the uses to which Yah’ki Awakened, LLC may put the Photograph, Audio, and/or Video. Participant acknowledges Yah’ki Awakened, LLC will rely on this permission and hereby release and discharge the Yah’ki Awakened, LLC from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Photograph or the exercise of the permissions granted here, including any or all claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress. Participant understands that consent cannot be withdrawn after ticket purchase and that this consent and release is binding on participant and any heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
REFUND POLICY
Tickets purchased on this site are issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the rules and regulations of YahkiEvents.com. Event may be rescheduled without prior notice. User assumes all risks associated with event attendance. YahkiEvents.com reserves the right in its sole discretion, without the refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, disruptive of others or who uses abusive or threatening language.
The resale or attempted resale of the ticket at a higher price than authorized by Yah’ki Awakened, LLC may be grounds for seizure and cancellation of this ticket without compensation. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the written permission of Yah’ki Awakened, LLC. THEFT OF SERVICES
1. Purpose
