Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurant

Nourish is a fully-vegan restaurant and fresh juice bar located at the border of Philadelphia's Fishtown and Northern Liberties neighborhoods.  Our menu includes a broad range of healthy and alkaline dishes which comprise raw and cooked foods, fresh juices, and smoothies with superfood options such as seamoss, ashwagandha, and soursop.

Co-owner and executive chef Sarah Scandone lived several years in Belize where she apprenticed under local bush doctors and herbalists while owning a restaurant, and later moved on to Jamaica, where she owned and operated a restaurant for three years. Sarah's Caribbean influences carry through to the Nourish menu, where Caribbean fare, herbs, and spices inspire several dishes, including the Vegan Oxtail and Curry Plantain.  Some of the restaurant's most popular menu items are the fried "Chick’un" sandwich which uses mushrooms to create a taste and texture almost indistinguishable from chicken, and "That Philly Jawn," a vegan interpretation of the classic Philly cheesesteak. The “Divine Dish ,“ another favorite, exemplifies Caribbean homestyle cooking.

Nourish offers catering services, take-home meal prep, one-on-one nutritional counseling, and a curated selection of natural supplements, herbs, health and beauty aids, and other unique and locally-made products.
